A covocational church planter and marketplace professional, he helps pastors and church leaders transition into corporate careers to sustainably support their ministries.
With 15+ years in ministry and marketplace experience, Eric has worked with organizations including Uber, American Express, Moderna, and Salesforce, and has spoken internationally on talent development, leadership, and the future of work.
He is the author of Market Street Pastor and a certified master coach, helping pastors clarify their professional identity and build sustainable income beyond traditional ministry. Eric is married to his wife, Sarah, and they have 3 kids and reside in Lancaster County, PA.

Aaron Thomas is Director of Operations for I Help Pastors Get Jobs.
A former public school teacher, pastor, church planter, and nonprofit founder, he brings 20+ years of experience coaching and supporting leaders through seasons of transition. Having lived and worked across the U.S., Aaron understands what it takes to make courageous career and life changes in ministry and the marketplace.
He has coached pastors, church planters, founders, and mission-driven leaders pursuing meaningful fresh starts. He also founded Seeds and Water Collective, a nonprofit supporting people recovering their faith after spiritual or religious harm.
Aaron lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife, Karrie, a clinical mental health counselor, and their three teenage sons. He enjoys traveling with family, cooking, reading, golfing, and cheering on Notre Dame football and the Pacers.
